The people of Myanmar
The People Myanmar is a union of over about 135 nationalities with their own dialects and traditions. The major races are the Bamar ,the Kachin, the Kayah, the Kayin ,the Chin , the Mon, the Rakine and the Shan. The name Myanmar embraces all the nationalities . The population of Myanmar is about over 62 million and the Bamar is the majority race with making up about 70 percent.
